Deleting a Project
To delete a project:
Open the project and click on Delete Project.
Enter the identifier to confirm the deletion.
Project Deletion and Data Removal Delay
When you delete a project, it is not completely removed immediately.
Even if the project no longer appears in your interface, some data temporarily remains active in the system until the automatic overnight cleanup process is completed.
Why can’t certain features be deleted immediately?
The following items may still be considered linked to the deleted project:
Email templates
Communication profiles
Price profiles
Other project-related configurations
Because of this, you may receive a message indicating that a feature cannot be deleted because it is still attached to a project, even if that project has already been deleted.
Important Information
The complete deletion of project data is processed automatically overnight.
👉 You will therefore need to wait until the next day before being able to delete the features that were associated with the deleted project.
Once the overnight process has been completed, the items can then be deleted normally.
