Clear Cookies for a Specific Website

Why Clear Cookies?

Clearing cookies for a specific website can resolve login issues, loading problems, or unexpected website behavior by removing outdated or corrupted temporary data. This action affects only the selected website and will not impact your browsing experience on other sites.

Google Chrome

Step 1 – Open Chrome Settings

Click the ⋮ menu in the upper-right corner of Chrome and select Settings.

Step 2 – Open Privacy Settings

In the left-hand menu, click Privacy and Security to access your browsing data and website settings.

Step 3 – View Website Data

Click Site Settings, then select View permissions and data stored across sites to see the data saved by each website.

Step 4 – Find the Website

Use the search bar to locate Smileyapp.ca for which you want to clear cookies and stored data.

Step 5 – Remove the Website Data

Click the delete icon next to the website. This will remove the cookies and locally stored data for that website only.

Step 6 – Reload the Website

Close the website tab and open it again. You may need to sign in to your account again.

Safari

Step 1 – Open Safari Settings

In the menu bar, click Safari, then select Settings.

Step 2 – Open Privacy Settings

Select the Privacy tab, where Safari stores cookie and website data options.

Step 3 – Manage Website Data

Click Manage Website Data... to view all websites that have stored data on your device.

Step 4 – Find the Website

Use the search field and enter smileyapp.ca for which you want to clear cookies.

Step 5 – Remove the Website Data

Select the website from the list and click Remove. Only the data associated with that website will be deleted.

Step 6 – Confirm and Try Again

Click Done, then refresh the website. You may need to sign in again after completing this process.
